STRA Cheerleader Program
STRA is now offering Cheerleading for grades 1st – 4th. Cheerleaders will practice one night a week (day & time TBD)
Cheerleaders will cheer on Saturdays when Southampton teams play Southampton teams corresponding times with the basketball schedule.
There will be one squad with all ages cheering together. This is a more relaxed cheer than traditional football cheer. The girls will perform a Welcome/Hello cheer before the game and a quick jump, cartwheel or something fun between periods. They will continue to cheer for the entire game with a halftime dance/cheer routine.
It will be fun and exciting as this will be STRA’s first year offering Basketball Cheer. If you have any questions please email admin@strasorts.org.
