2009 Tryout Dates and Information
Hello STRA Baseball Families:
Tryouts for Southampton’s U9-U12 District Baseball Teams will be held this Saturday, May 2, 2009. Please take note of the time, by age group, noted below:
U9 - Saturday May 2nd @ 4pm - Minor Field (MALCOLM)
U10 - Saturday May 2nd @ 5pm - Minor Field (TRENDLER)
U12 - Saturday May 2nd @ 4pm - Major Field (NEUMAN)
U11 - Saturday May 2nd @ 5pm - Major Field (CATALANO)
Tryouts for the U8 division will be Monday May 4th @ 6pm - Rookie Field (MIKULSKI)
Tryouts dates for U13 - U15 are being finalized and will be communicated at a later date.
All kids trying out for a team must bring a $30 check (tryout fee), made payable to STRA. If your child is rostered on the team, the $30 will be applied toward the uniform cost. If the child is not rostered on the tournament team, the $30 check will be returned.
Also, if your child can’t make the tryout, but is interested in playing on the team, you must contact the coach (noted above) before the tryout date to make other arrangements next week for a tryout/evaluation.
