2026 - Spring Soccer

The STRA soccer program is open to children ages 4-13 in grades PK-8. Teams are divided by grade.

The U6 - PreK/Kindergarten (4 & 5 years old) and U8 - First/Second Grades (6 & 7 years old) teams:
  • This division is open to players from Southampton and surrounding towns.
  • The season goes from March through May.
  • Games are held on Saturday mornings.
  • All games & practices are held at the Red Lion Sports Complex (459 Red Lion Rd., Southampton, NJ 08088).
  • The practice and game schedule will be determined once registration closes.
  • All players will need a water bottle, cleats and shin guards.
  • Uniforms and socks will be provided for each player.

The U10 (8 & 9 years old), U12 (10 & 11 years old) and U14 (12 & 13 years old) Pinelands League teams:
  • This division is open to players from Southampton and surrounding towns.
  • The season goes from March through May.
  • Teams will practice at the Red Lion Sports Complex and play games in the surrounding towns.
  • The practice and game schedule will be determined once registration closes.
  • All players will need a water bottle, cleats, shin guards, and a ball for each practice.
  • Uniforms and socks will be provided for each player.

Registration closes on 2/27/2026. Any registrations received after this date will incur a $20 late fee and players will be placed on a Waiting List. They will be placed on teams space permitting at the season start. There are no guarantees for registrations received after 2/27/2026.

2026 Spring T-Ball

T-ball: T-ball is is co-ed and open to children in grades Pre-K - 1st Grade. Practices are held one night during the week and games are on Saturday mornings on the Municipal Field #1 (5 Retreat Rd., Southampton, NJ 08088). Coaches will provide scheduling information to their teams prior to the season start. 

Equipment
Your child will need a baseball glove, a bat, a batting helmet, baseball pants and cleats. Boys will also need an athletic cup. Each player will receive a shirt and hat as part of their uniform.

Registration closes on 2/27/2026. Any registrations received after this date will incur a $20 late fee and players will be placed on a Waiting List. They will be placed on teams space permitting at the season start. There are no guarantees for registrations received after 2/27/2026.

2026 Spring Softball

Season Timing
Softball program is open to children in grades 2nd to 8th grade. The season typically runs from the end of March through Memorial Day, with 2-3 events per week (practices or games). Events take place between 5:30pm and sunset (as late as 8pm). 

Practices will typically occur two weekday evenings beginning in mid March, weather permitting. Games begin in April and coaches will provide the game schedule and update practice schedules to their teams. 

Divisions:

Rookies: Open to children in 2nd & 3rd grades

Minors: Open to children in 4th & 5th grades

Majors: Open to children in 6th - 8th grades


Equipment
Your child will need a softball glove, a bat, a batting helmet, softball pants and cleats. Catcher’s gear is provided for each team. Each player will receive a shirt, hat and socks as part of their uniform.

2025 - 2026 Adult Volleyball

Adult Volleyball. Must be 18. Meets Mondays from 7-9 p.m. on the stage side of the gym in School #3 from Mid September to end of May as school schedule allows.
